Not thinking T1 vehicles, but more useful stuff like a tractor for farming, a machine for drilling tunnels in the earth, a steam roller? (could be used to flatten land), maybe transportation like cars and boats and planes for moving things around the map easier, but mainly focusing on utility aspects
