Backmake useless professions Useful

I am suggesting that some utility is added to some of the less useful professions such as trader, baker, beekeper, leatherworker.
my Ideas for trader are
1. different xp/points/money depending on trade level
2. some items for the jobs shop from this proffession such as an item that gives permanent HoTV while in your inventory or a stack of emeralds or zombie villager spawn egg.
for baker:
the ways of leveling are alright here, but there are no items to buy for it. I could suggest
1. some sort of custom food that is better then golden carrots
2. a faster furnace
for beekeper:
something that makes bees pollinate/breed faster
for leatherworker:
unbreakable leather armor so you can have cool looking gear that wont break every other minute
or just merge leatherworker with weaponsmith and put cow killing in hunter
