I would like to preference this by saying, I understand that people have other things to do with their lives. Since appeals have been moved to the website it is obvious that appeals have been much slower. For example, eleven's appeal. Keep in mind it was a whole year and a half since his ban. it took them 3 weeks to respond with two sentences. The only other response on his appeal was the automated: "Hi, Thanks for making an appeal. I'll pass this on to leadership." This is the case for many others. They make an appeal get the same automated answer and then nothing. For another example, my friend ecks made an appeal, the only response he got was that same automated response, then the appeal was closed for no reason. Something has to change, it feels like staff completely neglects appeals.
