Give town helpers the permissions to 1. put unowned plots for sale and 2. invite people to town. The second one is an intended feature however it's broken :/ The rank is currently completely useless and I would like give a member the ability to add their friends to town/grow the town themselves without giving them every permission like an assistant does.

Agreed, also maybe add a function where you can limit access to the plots via roles. So like assistant plots and helper plots. If thats not already a system.
